Your New Role

Project Organization– Follow detailed plan, schedule, and budgets, to ensure seamless organization and execution.
Vendor Coordination – Receive updates, resolve issues, and support project management team throughout project lifecycles to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Resource Management – Allocate manpower, materials, and equipment to maximize efficiency and timelines.
Budget Oversight – Track costs, monitor expenses, and identify savings opportunities while staying within financial goals.
Quality Assurance – Maintain exceptional standards through inspections, compliance checks, and prompt issue resolution.
Problem Solving – Tackle challenges with proactive decision-making to keep projects on track.

Job requirements

Experience: 1–2 years of professional commercial project management wallcoverign experience.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with project management software such as Bluebeam, Buildertrend, Procore, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Language Skills (Preferred): Bilingual is a plus (Spanish)
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with commercial construction and wallcovering materials.
Communication & Leadership: Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
Certifications & Education (Preferred): Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Must-Have Traits: Detail-oriented, results-driven, self starter and committed to delivering top-notch satisfaction to the team and clients while providing prompt service.
