About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you'll apply your technical expertise in building science and high-performance building systems to lead projects, guide clients, and deliver solutions that improve the efficiency and performance of new and existing facilities.

What You'll Do

Collaborate with colleagues, clients, and project teams to progress projects, provide technical guidance, and solve problems.
Apply your technical understanding of high-performance building Mechanical and Enclosure systems to project work.
Draw on deep knowledge of building science — including psychrometrics as applied to building enclosures, building pressure dynamics, diagnostic testing, and the interaction of HVAC and building enclosure systems.
Develop and write reports detailing building components and describing energy efficiency measures to improve design and control for new and existing facilities.
Perform on-site inspections and testing, including visual observation and diagnostic testing of building performance issues and enclosure/mechanical system failures.
Lead meetings and present technical information clearly to clients and stakeholders.
Manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced project environment.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Technology, or a similar field.
5+ years of demonstrated experience in project management.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with colleagues, clients, and team members to progress projects, provide guidance, and solve problems.
Technical understanding of high-performance building Mechanical and Enclosure systems.
Deep understanding of building science, including psychrometrics, building pressure dynamics, diagnostic testing, and HVAC/enclosure system interaction.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills, with the ability to lead meetings and present technical information clearly.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize, manage deadlines, and solve problems in a dynamic project environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Hands-on experience with mechanical systems commissioning and in-field troubleshooting.
Active Professional Engineer (PE) license in Massachusetts.
5+ years of licensed experience in engineering HVAC systems.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
