Job Overview

We need a true Lead Installer capable of taking responsibility for a complete residential/light-commercial installation.

The Lead Installer will operate with an Installer/Helper as a dedicated two-person crew.

Must Be Capable Of

Furnace and AC replacements; heat pumps; air handlers; mini-splits; equipment removal; sheet-metal fabrication; duct transitions/modifications; refrigerant piping; nitrogen brazing; pressure testing; deep evacuation; charging; condensate; gas piping; venting; electrical/control wiring; thermostats; IAQ equipment; airflow/static-pressure verification; startup and commissioning.

The Lead must also develop the helper into a future Lead Installer.

We expect craftsmanship.

Mechanical rooms should look better when we leave than when we arrived.

Compensation

$35–$45/hour based on experience and demonstrated ability.

PLUS potential weekly quality/productivity bonus up to $500 based on:
