We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team! Duties

Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems, refrigeration units, kitchen equipment, and mechanical systems to ensure peak performance.
Troubleshoot and repair appliances, HVAC & appliance technology, refrigeration systems, and mechanical components using schematics and technical manuals.
Install, upgrade, and maintain various appliances and mechanical systems with precision and adherence to safety standards.
Operate company vehicles for on-site repairs or equipment transportation as needed.
Read and interpret schematics, technical diagrams, and blueprints to diagnose issues accurately.
Conduct emergency repairs promptly to minimize operational disruptions while maintaining high safety standards.
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, parts used, and system conditions to ensure compliance and facilitate future troubleshooting.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a service technician with a strong background in appliance repair, HVAC/R systems, refrigeration, or mechanical systems repair.
Demonstrated ability to read schematics and technical manuals effectively.
Mechanical knowledge covering HVAC system repair, air conditioning units, kitchen equipment maintenance, and general equipment repair.
Experience with maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) practices within construction or industrial environments.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with team members and clients.
Ability to operate construction tools safely and efficiently; valid driver’s license required for company vehicle operation.
Leadership qualities that support team collaboration and safety compliance in fast-paced settings.
