Public HVAC Solutions is seeking a motivated and career-driven HVAC Sales Representative to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone with a background in sales, IT, customer service, e-commerce, or inventory management who is looking to build a long-term career in the HVAC industry.

No prior HVAC experience is required. We provide training to teach you our products, systems, and sales process. If you have a passion for sales, enjoy helping customers, and are eager to learn, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Assist customers by phone, email, website chat, and in person.
Prepare and follow up on customer quotes.
Learn residential and commercial HVAC equipment to confidently recommend the right products.
Close sales while providing outstanding customer service.
Process orders using our POS and inventory management systems.
Manage inventory, product listings, and pricing.
Coordinate with vendors to request pricing, place orders, and track deliveries.
Receive incoming shipments and verify inventory counts.
Prepare outbound shipments for customers purchasing online or over the phone.
Package equipment, create Bills of Lading (BOLs), and coordinate freight shipments.
Upload products, photos, and descriptions to our website and e-commerce platforms.
Perform outbound sales calls and follow up with existing and prospective customers.
Support warehouse operations as needed.

Qualifications

Strong computer and technology skills.
Experience using POS systems, CRM software, or inventory management systems is preferred.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Sales experience is preferred but not required.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
Comfortable learning new software and business processes.
Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience with any of the following is a plus:

Retail or B2B sales
Lightspeed POS
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
eCommerce platforms
Shipping and logistics
Warehouse operations
Sales in HVAC, construction, plumbing, or electrical industries
