Job Summary:
The HVAC/RV Service Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, installing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and RV systems. This role requires strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently while ensuring repairs meet safety and manufacturer standards. HVAC/RV service tech experience of 2 years minimum is required, along with a valid PA driver's license. We are a non-flat rate service department, looking for a detailed minded, efficient, and dedicated technician.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough inspections of RV systems and components.
Diagnose issues with electrical systems, plumbing, appliances, air conditioning, heating, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment.
Perform preventative maintenance and seasonal inspections.
Replace defective components and ensure all repairs meet manufacturer specifications.
Complete work orders, inspection reports, and service documentation accurately.
Communicate repair recommendations and maintenance needs with service advisor.

Qualifications:

HVAC certification preferred.
RV technician certification preferred.
Experience servicing HVAC, refrigeration, or recreational vehicles-2 years required.
Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, propane, and mechanical systems, especially 110, and 12V-required.
Valid PA driver's license-required.
PA State Inspection certified preferred.
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.

Physical Requirements:

Stand, kneel, crouch, climb ladders, and work in tight spaces.
Work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions on occasion.
Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
