Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee complex infrastructure projects from inception to completion. In this vital role, you will coordinate all phases of construction, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Your expertise in construction management software, project scheduling, and regulatory compliance will drive project success while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards. Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and specifications.
Develop detailed project plans using Primavera P6 or similar scheduling tools, coordinating construction schedule timelines with stakeholders.
Manage teams across multiple sites, providing clear direction and ensuring effective communication among contractors, subcontractors, and clients.
Oversee construction estimating processes to accurately forecast costs and resource requirements; manage construction budgets diligently.
Review and interpret construction plans, blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure compliance with design specifications and regulations.
Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, HeavyBid, or equivalent tools for project documentation, tracking progress, and reporting.
Ensure all construction activities comply with safety regulations and building codes; conduct regular site inspections to uphold safety standards.
Coordinate project schedules to optimize workflow and resource allocation; manage changes or delays proactively.
Monitor project progress through detailed reports; address issues promptly to keep projects on track.
Facilitate effective project communication through regular meetings, updates, and documentation to ensure stakeholder alignment.

Experience

Proven experience managing large-scale infrastructure or commercial construction projects with a focus on complex site coordination.
Extensive background in construction site management including safety protocols, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance.
Strong proficiency with project management software such as Primavera P6, ProCore, Bluebeam, HeavyBid, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Demonstrated ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction plans accurately.
Experience managing teams in a fast-paced construction environment with excellent leadership skills.
Knowledge of construction estimating techniques and cost management strategies for large projects.
Familiarity with construction regulations at local, state, and federal levels related to civil infrastructure or commercial developments.
Ability to handle multiple priorities effectively through excellent time management skills while maintaining attention to detail.
