Garden Spot Mechanical, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Plumbing Estimator to join our growing team. The estimator will review project documents, prepare accurate material and labor takeoffs, obtain vendor pricing, and develop competitive proposals for commercial and multifamily plumbing projects.

Responsibilities:

Review plans, specifications, fixture schedules, and bid documents
Prepare accurate material and labor takeoffs
Request and evaluate vendor and subcontractor pricing
Identify project requirements, exclusions, and potential discrepancies
Prepare detailed estimates and proposals
Track bid deadlines and maintain organized project records
Communicate with vendors, and internal project teams
Assist with bid revisions, value engineering, and project handoff

Qualifications:

Plumbing experience is a MUST with at least 5 years of experience in the field with 5 years jobsite supervision
Strong mathematical, organizational, and analytical skills
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and general computer applications
Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Pay: $70,476.46 - $84,874.88 per year
