We are a new and growing residential water-treatment company serving Fairfield County, CT. We install whole-home water softeners, filtration systems, and reverse-osmosis drinking water systems for homeowners.

We’re looking for a reliable Connecticut-licensed P-1 plumber to handle residential installations throughout Fairfield County.

This position starts as flexible subcontract work, approximately 1–3 installs per week, with a clear path to a full-time W-2 position as our installation volume grows.

We’re investing heavily in marketing and building the company quickly. Our goal is to reach 30–60 installations per month within the next 90- 120 days, and we’re looking for the right plumber to grow with us from the beginning.

An active Connecticut P-1 Unlimited Plumbing Contractor license is required.

What You’ll Be Doing

Installing 10x54 whole-home water softener and filtration systems
Installing under-sink 5-stage reverse-osmosis systems and potentially tankless RO systems
Plumbing tie-ins for water-treatment equipment
Drilling countertops when necessary to install RO faucets
Testing completed systems and checking for leaks
Maintaining a clean work area and cleaning up after installations
Providing professional, friendly service inside customers’ homes
Taking basic completion photos/documentation after installations

Typical installation time is approximately 3–4 hours.

Ability to accept installation jobs with approximately 48–72 hours’ notice
Ability to reliably service customers throughout Fairfield County, CT
Clean, professional workmanship
Strong attention to detail
Dependable and punctual
Comfortable interacting professionally with homeowners
Someone who takes pride in their work and doesn’t cut corners

Experience installing water softeners, filtration systems, or reverse-osmosis systems is preferred, but not required for an experienced P-1 plumber.

You provide your own plumbing tools and reliable transportation during the subcontract phase.

Schedule

Flexible. Installation appointments will generally be scheduled in advance, and we’ll work around your availability whenever possible.

We’re looking for someone who can typically accept jobs with 48–72 hours’ notice.

Compensation

$500+ per installation

Standard installations typically take approximately 3–4 hours.

More complex installations or jobs requiring additional work may pay more.

Additional $50 customer satisfaction/review bonus available for qualifying completed jobs.

License Requirement

Work Location : In person — residential customer locations throughout Fairfield County, CT

You must currently hold an active Connecticut P-1 Unlimited Plumbing Contractor license.

Applicants without the required Connecticut P-1 license will not be considered for the subcontractor position.

Pay: $100.00 - $125.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4.0 – 40.0 per week
