Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and highly experienced MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) Director to lead and oversee the management of complex infrastructure projects. This pivotal role involves directing multidisciplinary teams, ensuring project delivery aligns with technical specifications, safety standards, and budget requirements. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management, extensive experience with MEP systems, and a passion for driving excellence in large-scale projects. As an influential leader, you will coordinate efforts across multiple departments to ensure seamless project execution from inception through completion.

Responsibilities

Project Management

· Managing project budgets

· Project resource allocation - making assignments

· Planning project timelines

· Provide technical direction and support to project team

· Define project tasks and resource requirements

· Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and product

· Respond to customer service inquires

Qualifications & Requirements

Education:

· BS Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing

· PE license – Texas and other states

Experience: 5 years of related experience
