SINetworx, LLC is seeking an experienced Data Center Cable Tray & Low Voltage Foreman to lead crews on data center and commercial low-voltage projects throughout Mineral, Fredricksburg and surrounding areas.

Position Overview

The Foreman will be responsible for managing field crews, coordinating daily activities, maintaining project schedules, and ensuring high-quality installation of cable tray systems and low-voltage infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise installation crews on active job sites
Install and oversee installation of:
Basket tray
Ladder rack tray
Fiber optic cabling
Copper cabling (Cat5e, Cat6, Cat6A)
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications
Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and customers
Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to industry standards
Manage material inventory and job site organization
Conduct quality control inspections and punch-list completion
Train and mentor technicians

Requirements

5+ years of experience in data center or commercial low-voltage construction
Previous leadership or foreman experience preferred
Strong knowledge of cable tray installation methods
Experience terminating and testing copper cabling
Experience with fiber optic installation and troubleshooting
Ability to read blueprints and follow project specifications
Reliable transportation
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work from ladders and lifts
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 preferred

Preferred Qualifications

Data center experience
BICSI certification (a plus)
Experience operating scissor lifts and boom lifts
