J Ginger Masonry has a current opportunity available for a full time Project Manager. You will schedule, plan, forecast, resource and manage all the technical activities aiming at assuring project accuracy and quality from conception to completion.

Responsibilities

Prepare, schedule, coordinate and invoice the assigned projects
Interact with the clients/distributors to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them to the operations staff
Perform overall oversight of the work (budget, schedule, plans) and report regularly on project status
Cooperate and communicate effectively with clients and company employees
Review deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions

Skills

Proven working experience as a project manager in masonry
Advanced MS Office skills
Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards
Ability to work with multiple discipline projects
Decision making ability
Time management and organization skills
Bachelor's Degree Preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
