HVAC Project Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HVAC Project Manager to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will lead project teams, coordinate resources, and ensure that all HVAC installation and maintenance projects are executed efficiently, safely, and within scope. This role requires strong leadership, excellent project management skills, and a solid understanding of construction plans and scheduling. The HVAC Project Manager will play a key role in delivering high-quality results while maintaining client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage construction projects related to HVAC systems, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
Oversee daily construction activities, coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to meet project milestones.
Review and interpret construction plans and specifications to ensure accurate execution of HVAC installations.
Develop detailed construction schedules using industry-standard tools, monitoring progress and adjusting plans as needed.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards throughout all project phases.
Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues promptly.
Manage project budgets, procurement processes, and resource allocation to optimize project efficiency.

Experience

Proven experience in construction project management within the HVAC or related industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide multidisciplinary teams effectively.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans and technical drawings.
Experience with construction scheduling software and Microsoft Office applications.
Knowledge of safety protocols, building codes, and industry standards relevant to HVAC projects.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: From $90,000.00 per year
