Overview
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings. This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties

Install HVAC systems according to specifications and local codes.
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing HVAC systems.
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with heating and cooling equipment.
Read and interpret schematics and technical drawings to ensure proper installation.
Utilize tools such as ohmmeters for electrical testing and equipment repair.
Weld components as necessary to ensure secure installations.
Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety standards.

Skills

Proficiency in using tools for HVAC installation, including ohmmeters and welding equipment.
Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in appliance repair and field service.
Ability to read and understand design schematics related to HVAC systems.
Knowledge of ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues efficiently.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for transportation between job sites.
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
