What You'll Actually Do

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems (electrical, mechanical, controls)
Run maintenance visits and emergency service calls
Talk to homeowners like real people — explain what's going on, lay out their options, and help them make the best call for their home
Educate customers on system operation, maintenance, and comfort improvements
Keep your truck clean, organized, and stocked so you're ready for anything
Handle your own documentation, invoicing, and payment collection
Hold the line on safety and quality — every call, every time

What We're Looking For

3+ years of residential HVAC service experience
EPA certification (required)
Active TDLR registration (required)
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Someone who knows their numbers — revenue, close rate, average ticket — and wants them to go up
Strong communication skills and a genuine care for customers
Self-motivated, coachable, and team-oriented
The kind of person who speaks up when something could be better

Physical Requirements

Lift up to 75 lbs
Frequent climbing, bending, kneeling, crawling, and working in attics and tight spaces
Comfortable working in Texas-summer and Texas-winter extremes
