What You'll Actually Do
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems (electrical, mechanical, controls)
- Run maintenance visits and emergency service calls
- Talk to homeowners like real people — explain what's going on, lay out their options, and help them make the best call for their home
- Educate customers on system operation, maintenance, and comfort improvements
- Keep your truck clean, organized, and stocked so you're ready for anything
- Handle your own documentation, invoicing, and payment collection
- Hold the line on safety and quality — every call, every time
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience
- EPA certification (required)
- Active TDLR registration (required)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Someone who knows their numbers — revenue, close rate, average ticket — and wants them to go up
- Strong communication skills and a genuine care for customers
- Self-motivated, coachable, and team-oriented
- The kind of person who speaks up when something could be better
Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 75 lbs
- Frequent climbing, bending, kneeling, crawling, and working in attics and tight spaces
- Comfortable working in Texas-summer and Texas-winter extremes
