As an HVAC Technician, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional service, troubleshooting complex systems, and supporting property maintenance initiatives that keep facilities running smoothly. Responsibilities

Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems including air conditioning units, refrigeration equipment, and other mechanical systems.
Read and interpret schematics, technical drawings, and HVAC design plans to accurately diagnose issues and execute repairs.
Perform field service tasks such as equipment repair, component replacement, and calibration using tools like ohmmeters and other diagnostic instruments.
Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC/R equipment to prevent failures and extend system lifespan.
Assist with plumbing tasks related to HVAC systems and property maintenance projects ensuring all work complies with safety standards.
Diagnose electrical issues within HVAC systems using appropriate testing devices; perform necessary repairs or replacements.
Support property maintenance by addressing appliance repair needs, welding tasks, boiler servicing, and general mechanical repairs as required.
Operate company vehicles safely as a driver to reach job sites efficiently while adhering to all traffic laws.
Collaborate with team members on HVAC design modifications or upgrades to improve system efficiency and compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

Proven experience as an HVAC service technician or in a similar field service role with a strong background in construction, mechanical systems, or property maintenance.
Knowledge of schematics, HVAC design principles, refrigeration systems
Mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience in equipment repair, and maintenance procedures.
Familiarity with electrical troubleshooting tools such as ohmmeters; ability to read technical drawings accurately.
Experience working with HVAC/R systems including air conditioning units.Refrigeration experiance a plus
Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by field service expertise in diverse environments.
Ability to operate specialized tools safely; welding skills are a plus.

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
