Corridor Network Construction is looking for a sharp, energized Project Manager ready to help shape the future of fiber and data centers. Responsibilities

Direct and manage projects from initiation through completion.
Own and deliver successful project outcomes.
Develop and maintain clear project schedules outlining task timelines.
Proactively identify and resolve project and team-related issues.
Ensure all project changes are properly documented, communicated, and approved.
Track, measure, and report key project milestones.
Lead, mentor, and motivate project team members to perform at their best.
Oversee all field employees associated with assigned projects.
Model, teach, and enforce safety standards across all project activities.

Experience

Proven experience in project management with a strong background in supervising teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously in the construction or related industry,
Demonstrated expertise in change management, risk assessment, scope management, cost control, and requirements analysis.
Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and manage conflicts effectively.

Job Requirements

Must be able to drive company vehicle to perform duties at sites, provide receipts, and maintain a good driving record
Ability to complete and submit accurate documentation which tracks work progress including timesheets and other related documents
The ability to lift-up to 50lbs
Expected travel, possible overnight stays, expect early starts
Must be willing to give direction and work assignments
Must have a valid driver's license and be insurable
Work Verification Check will be conducted before employment begins
Perform all other duties as assigned

Pay: $70,000.00 per year
