Corridor Network Construction is looking for a sharp, energized Project Manager ready to help shape the future of fiber and data centers. Responsibilities
- Direct and manage projects from initiation through completion.
- Own and deliver successful project outcomes.
- Develop and maintain clear project schedules outlining task timelines.
- Proactively identify and resolve project and team-related issues.
- Ensure all project changes are properly documented, communicated, and approved.
- Track, measure, and report key project milestones.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate project team members to perform at their best.
- Oversee all field employees associated with assigned projects.
- Model, teach, and enforce safety standards across all project activities.
Experience
- Proven experience in project management with a strong background in supervising teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously in the construction or related industry,
- Demonstrated expertise in change management, risk assessment, scope management, cost control, and requirements analysis.
- Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and manage conflicts effectively.
Job Requirements
- Must be able to drive company vehicle to perform duties at sites, provide receipts, and maintain a good driving record
- Ability to complete and submit accurate documentation which tracks work progress including timesheets and other related documents
- The ability to lift-up to 50lbs
- Expected travel, possible overnight stays, expect early starts
- Must be willing to give direction and work assignments
- Must have a valid driver's license and be insurable
- Work Verification Check will be conducted before employment begins
- Perform all other duties as assigned
Pay: $70,000.00 per year
