$45-$50/hour based on experience

Overtime paid at 1.5x rate

We are a growing HVAC company in the Greater Boston area looking for an experienced HVAC Installer / Sheet Metal Mechanic to join our team immediately.

Requirements

Massachusetts Sheet Metal License REQUIRED
Minimum 5 years of HVAC installation experience
Experience with residential HVAC systems, heat pumps, and ductwork
Ability to work independently and complete high-quality installations
Valid driver’s license
Reliable, professional, and team-oriented

Benefits

Overtime paid at 1.5x
6 paid sick days per year
