$45-$55/hour based on experience
Overtime paid at 1.5x rate
We are a growing HVAC company in the Greater Boston area looking for an experienced HVAC Installer / Sheet Metal Mechanic to join our team immediately.
Requirements
- Massachusetts Sheet Metal License REQUIRED
- Minimum 5 years of HVAC installation or service experience
- Experience with residential HVAC systems, heat pumps, and ductwork
- Ability to work independently and complete high-quality installations
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
