Respond promptly to company leads, qualify customer needs and decision timing, and maintain consistent follow-up. Manage appointments and proposal turnaround so opportunities continue moving toward a decision.
Perform roof inspections, document conditions with photos and measurements, and develop accurate scopes. Coordinate with estimating and technical resources on complex conditions or specialty systems.
Prepare clear proposals and pricing in accordance with company standards. Explain repair and replacement options, materials, warranties, and financing where available; communicate the value of workmanship and long-term performance.
Lead professional sales presentations, address objections, negotiate within approved pricing guidelines, and secure signed agreements and required deposits while protecting project profitability.
