Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, with the ability to diagnose and repair various HVAC equipment. This role involves working both independently and as part of a team to ensure optimal performance of HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties.

Duties

Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems and other HVAC equipment.
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure efficiency.
Troubleshoot issues related to heating and cooling systems, providing timely solutions.
Perform equipment repairs, including ammonia refrigeration and boiler maintenance.
Drive company van to various job sites while adhering to safety regulations.
Collaborate with property maintenance teams to address HVAC-related concerns.
Document service calls, repairs performed, and parts used for inventory management.
Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs.

Experience

Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role is preferred.
Familiarity with air conditioning systems, equipment repair, and field service operations.
Knowledge of ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.

Pay: $38.00 - $76.00 per hour
