Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, with the ability to diagnose and repair various HVAC equipment. This role involves working both independently and as part of a team to ensure optimal performance of HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties.
Duties
- Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems and other HVAC equipment.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure efficiency.
- Troubleshoot issues related to heating and cooling systems, providing timely solutions.
- Perform equipment repairs, including ammonia refrigeration and boiler maintenance.
- Drive company van to various job sites while adhering to safety regulations.
- Collaborate with property maintenance teams to address HVAC-related concerns.
- Document service calls, repairs performed, and parts used for inventory management.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs.
Experience
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role is preferred.
- Familiarity with air conditioning systems, equipment repair, and field service operations.
- Knowledge of ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.

Pay: $38.00 - $76.00 per hour
