What You’ll Do:

Perform scheduled maintenance on residential HVAC systems
Conduct system tune-ups, safety checks, and performance tests
Identify potential issues and recommend preventive solutions
Maintain accurate service records using digital tools
Communicate findings and recommendations with customers in a professional manner
Uphold all safety standards and company procedures

What We’re Looking For:

Prior independent HVAC maintenance experience is a plus, but not necessary
Strong understanding, or willingness to learn HVAC systems and maintenance best practices
Prior job consistency
Must be age 21, or older
If inexperienced, must be willing to enroll in HVAC trade school in this position
Excellent customer communication and time management skills
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
