Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage plumbing aspects of new construction and remodel projects from start to finish
- Coordinate with builders, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, ensure quality control, and resolve on-site issues
- Develop and maintain project schedules
- Ensure all plumbing work meets local building codes and safety regulations
- Communicate clearly with clients, team members, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Manage and lead plumbing crews, ensuring productivity and accountability
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in plumbing and/or construction project management
- Proven experience with new construction and remodel projects
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and safety regulations
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Experience:
- New construction / Remodel plumbing: 3 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
