Conner Industries is a faith based organization providing Heavy Industrial and Oil Field Construction services in addition to Pressure Vessel manufacturing throughout the southwest.
We have been in the same location for 72 years. We operate a large fleet of hydraulic cranes, operate a large sand and gravel mining operation, and provide heavy industrial construction services across the area in industrial plants.
Duties:
- Operate various types of heavy equipment, including loaders, water trucks, tankers, Caterpillar machinery, dump trucks, backhoes, and bulldozers, wash plant, screeners
- Perform tasks such as loading materials, building structures, paving roads, and excavating
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines while operating equipment
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively
Requirements:
- Previous experience operating heavy equipment, specifically loaders, water trucks, tankers, Caterpillar machinery, dump trucks, backhoes, and bulldozers, screeners
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong knowledge of equipment operation techniques and safety procedures
- Physical stamina to withstand long hours of work in various weather conditions
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness skills

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 55 – 66 per week
