Wage and Benefits Package
- Hourly Rate: $40–$50 (based on experience)
- Company Vehicle (with fuel card)
- Paid Sick and Vacation Time: Up to 4 weeks based on length of service

Responsibilities
- Diagnose, service, and repair residential plumbing systems.
- Install and repair water heaters, fixtures, valves, piping, and water filtration systems.
- Perform routine maintenance and ensure all systems operate safely and efficiently.
- Use strong troubleshooting skills to identify issues and clearly explain solutions to customers.
- Read and interpret work orders, manuals, and basic plans.
- Experience with boilers, radiant systems, or hydronic controls is a plus (but not required).
Requirements
- Valid MA driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Current MA Master Plumber or Journeyman Plumber License
- Reliable, professional, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Team-oriented with strong communication and customer-service skills
