Manual Press Brake Operator Qualifications:
- 3 + Years of Press Brake Operation or Manual Machining Experience required
- Ability to Read Blueprints, Measurements, and Work Instructions required
- Press Brake Setup and Sheet Metal Fabrication / Metal Forming experience strongly preferred
- Experience with Shop Fabrication Equipment (i.e. Shears, Saws, Ironworkers, Drills, Grinders, Punch Presses, and CNC Machines) preferred

Responsibilities of Manual Press Brake Operator:
- This role involves operating manual press brakes and other shop equipment to bend, form, and cut metal parts to make industrial parts and assemblies
- Responsibilities include reading blueprints and work orders, setting up tooling, making manual adjustments, and quality checks
- Responsibilities include reading blueprints, checking tolerances with inspection, and performing inspections
- Wears approved personal protective equipment such as safety shoes, gloves, safety glasses, etc.
- Performs other duties as assigned by a supervisor, lead person or management.
