What You’ll Do
- Diagnose, service, and repair heating and air conditioning systems.
- Complete thorough system inspections and communicate findings to customers in an easy-to-understand way.
- Present repair and upgrade options confidently to help customers make informed decisions.
- Install and maintain HVAC equipment to manufacturer and company standards.
- Provide exceptional customer experiences: educate customers about their system and the benefits of recommended solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure job completion and customer satisfaction.
