Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems in commercial, industrial, and construction settings using hand tools and power tools
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to accurately execute wiring layouts
Conduct testing of electrical circuits using instruments like ohmmeters, ammeters, and multimeters to ensure proper functionality
Follow NEC (National Electrical Code) standards to maintain safety and compliance during all electrical work
Work with low voltage and high voltage systems, ensuring proper installation and safety protocols are followed
Collaborate with construction teams, including frame carpentry and other trades, to coordinate project timelines and requirements
Maintain detailed documentation of work performed, inspections completed, and materials used for each project phase

Proven experience as an electrician in industrial or commercial environments with a strong understanding of electrical systems
Hands-on experience with construction site work, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and electrical troubleshooting
Proficiency with hand tools such as wire strippers, pliers, screwdrivers, along with power tools like drills and saws
Ability to work safely with low voltage and high voltage systems following NEC guidelines
Familiarity with testing instruments including ohmmeters and ammeters for diagnosing electrical issues
Knowledge of frame carpentry is a plus for integrating electrical installations within structural frameworks
Strong problem-solving skills combined with excellent attention to detail to ensure quality workmanship
