About the Role
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing roofing projects from initial customer interaction through completion. This role requires organization, leadership, and the ability to manage people, timelines, and expectations while representing the company professionally.
This is an in-person role for candidates with previous roofing experience or field-based project management.
Key Responsibilities
● Manage roofing projects from customer consultation through completion
● Act as the main point of contact for homeowners throughout the project
● Coordinate schedules, expectations, and execution with internal teams
● Build trust and maintain strong client relationships
● Lead with professionalism on job sites and during customer interactions
● Identify solutions and opportunities to improve project outcomes
● Meet performance and revenue goals with the support of leadership
