What You’ll Do
- Prepare and set up areas for pours (grade, form, and level as needed)
- Place, finish, and detail concrete for flatwork projects
- Apply finishes including broom, stamped, and exposed aggregate
- Cut/control joints and ensure proper edge and surface finish
- Inspect completed work and correct imperfections
- Safely operate and maintain finishing tools and equipment
- Coordinate with the crew and project manager to keep jobs on schedule
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of concrete finishing experience (required)
- Strong hand-finishing skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work outdoors in physical conditions (lifting, standing, kneeling)
- Reliable, team-first attitude and good communication
- Valid driver’s license preferred and reliable transportation required
