Crane Operator | 40-Ton

Precision, Safety, and Professionalism. We are seeking a reliable and motivated Crane Operator to join our team. We operate a specialized fleet including Cab-Mounted, Stick Boom, and Knuckle Boom cranes, with capacities up to 40 tons. The Role

This is a position for a "thinker." You won’t just be pulling levers; you’ll be a self-starter responsible for set-up, lift execution, and site safety. You will work in a fast-paced environment where problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset are just as important as your operating ability.

Requirements

License: A valid Class B CDL is a requirement for this position.
Experience: Proven experience operating Stick Boom and/or Knuckle Boom cranes.
Certification: National certification (NCCCO or equivalent) is highly preferred. However, we are willing to support the right experienced candidate in becoming certified.
Safety First: A spotless safety record and a deep understanding of load charts, rigging, and site hazards. PPE is a must.

Key Responsibilities

Expert Operation: Safe and efficient handling of cab-mounted and knuckle boom equipment.
Daily Inspections: Performing pre-operational safety checks and ensuring the machine is job-ready.
Problem Solving: Navigating tight job sites and variable conditions with a focus on efficiency and risk mitigation.
Documentation: Maintaining accurate logs of lifts, inspections, and maintenance requirements.
