Responsibilities
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot HVAC equipment including air handling units (AHUs), chillers, boilers, and systems supporting cleanroom environments.
- Ensure consistent temperature and environmental controls across specialized spaces such as cold and warm rooms.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.
- Perform both preventative and corrective maintenance activities in alignment with operational schedules.
- Accurately complete documentation and maintenance logs.
- Apply strong diagnostic skills to identify and resolve system issues promptly.
- Work independently while also collaborating with cross-functional teams when needed.
- Maintain compliance with safety procedures and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to maintaining conditions that support quality-driven manufacturing and operational standards.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in commercial HVAC maintenance and repair.
- Background in working within highly regulated environments, ideally with exposure to cGMP operations.
- Skilled in interpreting technical drawings and equipment documentation.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive maintenance mindset.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- EPA HVAC Technician Certification preferred but not mandatory.
- Availability to work a rotating schedule, including every other Sunday.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $40.00 - $48.00 per hour
