FOREMAN ELECTRICIAN (COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION)

Job Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of electrical crews on commercial construction projects
- Interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and specifications to plan and lay out work
- Direct the installation of conduit, wire, panels, switchgear, lighting, receptacles, and other electrical systems
- Ensure all electrical work is performed in compliance with local building codes and company quality standards
- Assign tasks, monitor crew productivity, and maintain project schedules
- Perform material take-offs, order supplies, and coordinate deliveries to keep jobs on track
- Collaborate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades to resolve conflicts and coordinate workflow
- Train, mentor, and evaluate crew members to develop skills and promote safe work practices
- Prepare and maintain accurate daily reports, time records, and progress updates
Qualifications:
- Valid Texas Journeyman Electrical License
- Able to pass a background check and a drug screening
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- 1+ years as a Foreman

Pay: Up to $48.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
