As our company continues to grow, we are seeking to add a Project Manager who is ambitious, detail-oriented, and eager to take on a leadership role with limitless growth potential.

Position Overview

The Project Manager oversees projects from sales handoff to final payment, serving as the frontline representative for our clients during installations. You will coordinate crews, subcontractors, materials, inspections, and communications to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and above expectations.

This role is pivotal to maintaining Allied’s standards of craftsmanship, safety, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of installations, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
Oversees projects from sales handoff to final payment
Review estimator handoffs; confirm scope, allowances, and margins.
Order, stage, and reconcile project materials; resolve discrepancies immediately.
Lead site orientation covering safety, site boundaries, and client expectations.
Conduct site visits, log daily progress with photos, and ensure compliance.
Negotiate and document change orders
Collect payments
Maintain meticulous cost tracking, labor hours, and margin protection.
Communicate with clients daily, providing weekly updates with photos.
Monitor workmanship—reject substandard installation or materials immediately.

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years experience in residential roofing
Minimum 3+ years experience in commercial roofing
Must have extensive knowledge of commercial & residential roofing products, practices, installation methods, & manufacturer warranty requirements
Hands-on knowledge of residential building codes, means, and methods.
OSHA 10 certification preferred (or willingness to obtain within 90 days).
Previous experience in customer service
Valid NJ driver’s license with clean driving record.
Ability to climb ladders, stand/walk job sites, and lift up to 90 lbs.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $60,000 – $80,000 (commensurate with experience).
Performance Pay: Additional commission/bonuses tied to project delivery, client satisfaction, and margin protection.
