Overview
Integrity Services in Madison, AL is seeking an experienced residential and light commercial HVAC Foreman to lead our installation team while remaining actively involved in the field. This is a working foreman role—you will at times install systems due to work load availability, mainly will be leading crews, and ensure jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and to code requirements.
Duties
- ● Leading installation crews on a daily basis
● Remaining hands-on with HVAC installs
● Managing job efficiency, quality, and timelines within the department
● Training and developing HVAC Leads and Helpers
● Ensuring all work complies with local and state mechanical codes
● Maintaining accountability for workmanship, safety, and professionalism
Responsibilities
● Perform residential and/or light commercial HVAC installations
● Lead, train, and mentor HVAC Leads and Helpers
● Plan job execution to maximize efficiency and minimize callbacks
● Enforce safety procedures and company standards
● Verify installations meet all applicable local codes and manufacturer specifications
● Communicate effectively with management, customers, and team members
● Assist with troubleshooting and problem-solving on job sites
Qualifications
● 5+ years of HVAC installation experience (lead or foreman experience preferred)
● Strong working knowledge of local HVAC and mechanical codes
● Proven ability to lead, train, and hold team members accountable
● Manage and implement team processes
● Excellent time management and job-planning skills
● Ability to read plans, specs, and installation manuals
● Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
● Professional attitude with a team-first mindset
Compensation & Benefits
● Hourly Pay: $63,000 - $70,000 hour (based on experience)
