We are seeking a motivated and skilled Service Plumber to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across a variety of commercial and residential projects. Duties

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, valves, and appliances in commercial and residential settings.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute plumbing layouts.
Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, and welding equipment to complete installations and repairs efficiently.
Perform construction plumbing tasks such as pipe fitting, soldering, welding, and system testing to ensure compliance with safety standards.
Conduct remodeling projects by assembling new plumbing components or replacing outdated systems in existing structures.
Troubleshoot mechanical issues related to HVAC systems or other mechanical components connected to plumbing infrastructure.
Lift heavy materials safely while adhering to site safety protocols; perform heavy lifting as required on construction sites.
Follow schematics and technical instructions precisely to ensure accurate installation and repairs.
Maintain detailed records of work performed; communicate effectively with team members and project managers about progress or issues encountered.
Support site safety initiatives by adhering to OSHA regulations and promoting a safe working environment.

Experience

Proven experience in construction plumbing with a strong understanding of plumbing codes and safety standards.
Hands-on experience with construction site work including heavy lifting, assembly, remodeling, and system troubleshooting.
Skilled in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings for accurate project execution.
Familiarity with welding techniques, pipe threading machines, HVAC systems, and schematic interpretation.
Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, carpentry equipment, and other mechanical devices confidently.
Knowledge of basic math skills for measurements and calculations necessary during installations or repairs.
Previous experience working on commercial or large-scale construction projects is highly desirable.
Valid driver’s license with commercial driving experience preferred for transporting materials or equipment between sites.
