What Success Looks Like
We're looking for someone who will:
- Deliver exceptional service that builds long-term customer relationships and generates strong revenue through quality work and professional options presentations
- Execute quality installations and repairs with minimal callbacks or warranty work—we do it right the first time
- Follow our proven systems including post-job checklists, mini-inspections, and customer communication protocols
- Be a culture champion who works collaboratively with our general manager and team, respecting our values and processes
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications:
- Active Journeyman or Master Plumber license in Texas
- Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations
- Proven ability to diagnose and solve complex plumbing issues
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
