WE’RE HIRING: CONCRETE FINISHER (UNION POSITION)

Seasonal Full-Time • Union Wages & Benefits • Overtime Available

We’re hiring experienced Concrete Finishers to join our union concrete crews for seasonal full-time work. This role focuses on municipal and roadway concrete work, including removal and replacement of concrete features that support paving and infrastructure projects.

Non-union applicants are encouraged to apply — union placement available for qualified candidates.

What You’ll Be Doing

Remove and replace concrete including curb, sidewalk, drive approaches, and slabs
Install concrete for driveways, sidewalks, and miscellaneous flatwork
Form, pour, finish, and cure concrete to spec
Assist with ADA ramp installation (a strong plus)
Set grades, align forms, and ensure proper slope and drainage
Work safely around traffic and active job sites
Maintain clean, organized work areas and tools

What We’re Looking For

Concrete finishing experience required
Knowledge of forming, pouring, finishing, and concrete removal
ADA ramp experience preferred but not required
Ability to read grades and understand layout
Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork
Willingness to work outdoors in changing weather
