Ideal Technician/Mechanic Candidates:
- Looking for B Level/Level 2 Experience
- 3–5+ years experience Preferred
- Basic automotive knowledge is REQUIRED
- Strong diagnostic skills
- Experience with Engine & Transmission R&R is needed
- Ability to complete a job correctly the first time and limit come-backs on cars
- EPA 609 Certification Preferred
- Any ASE certifications are a PLUS
- Any dealership manufacturer certifications are a PLUS
- Ability to work efficiently in replacing parts and making repairs
- Advanced level of auto repair knowledge and problem-solving skills is preferred
- Familiarity with electrical diagnostics is a PLUS
- Good communication skills
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Prior recon shop experience is a PLUS
- Own tools required

- Earnings Potential for $50,000-$84,000/yr! (based on exp/skill)
- 5 Day Work Week: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
- 40 Hours per Week Guaranteed-Tons of Work!
