RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Working with home owners to provide top quality work and exceptional customer service
- Completing various home repair and remodel jobs that involve drywall, carpentry, flooring, painting, electrical and plumbing, etc.
- Planning and managing the job site
- Organizing and managing materials and equipment for the jobs
- Invoicing and payment completion for every job
- Cleaning the interior and exterior of the company vehicle
- Assisting in marketing and sales on and around the job sites
- Representing House Doctors in the local community and networking with potential customers as needs arise
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- 10 to 15+ years of field experience in fence and/or deck installs
- Hands on with a knowledge of the principles, techniques, equipment, and supplies used in the fence and deck, home repair & improvement industry
- Ability to learn and operate some basic computer programs and systems
- Friendly personality and committed to great customer service
- A strong work ethic and highly dependable
- Able to do physical labor work including bending, lifting (75+ lbs), and handling tools
- Driver's license is required
