7NT is currently seeking full-time to join our team in the Nashville, TN, Louisville, KY, and Pittsburgh, PA offices. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a highly respected, quickly expanding Engineering Firm.

Responsibilities:

Manage large civil construction projects.
Define project objectives, create schedule, manage budgets, mitigate risks.
Projects may involve construction of locks, dams, tunnels, bridges, airports, and roadways.
Lead teams of engineers, geologists, and technicians
Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and specifications.
Good communications skills are required to liaison with government agencies, project managers, and 7NT inspectors/technicians.

Qualifications:

· 5+ years experience.

· Professional Engineer or Professional Geologist preferred.

· Experience on US Army Corps of Engineers projects is a plus.

Capable of working efficiently with minimal or no guidance.

· Possess strong organizational, Microsoft office computer skills, and the ability to work as part of a team.

· Excellent personal skills are also required including professionalism, strong work ethic, verbal and written communication, listening and problem solving, and a proactive approach.
