Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Superintendent to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive construction site experience, and proficiency with construction management software. This role requires a detail-oriented professional capable of managing multiple teams, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining project schedules and budgets. The Project Superintendent will serve as the primary point of contact for project coordination, quality control, and client communication, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards.
Duties
- Oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and construction crews to ensure efficient workflow.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar construction management software.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to guide project execution.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost control measures are implemented effectively.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality control, safety compliance, and progress against project milestones.
- Utilize tools such as Ohmmeter for electrical testing and ensure all systems meet specifications.
- Prepare and review contracts, change orders, and project documentation in collaboration with project teams.
- Lead project meetings with clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams to communicate progress and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure timely procurement of materials using HeavyBid or similar estimating tools while managing pipeline logistics.
- Supervise the work of field personnel, providing guidance on technical issues including management of schematics and construction estimating.
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in supervising large-scale projects.
- Proficiency with construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Primavera, HeavyBid, and other relevant tools.
- Extensive knowledge of construction site safety standards including OSHA regulations.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
- Strong project scheduling skills with experience in managing complex timelines using Primavera P6 or similar software.
- Excellent management and supervising experience with a track record of leading diverse teams effectively.
- Familiarity with contracts administration, budgeting processes, and construction estimating techniques.
- Hands-on experience with electrical testing equipment such as Ohmmeter is preferred.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating between clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $101,542.35 per year
