What You Will Do
- Lead and support a team of residential plumbing technicians, providing daily guidance, coaching, and accountability
- Drive revenue growth through technician development, ride alongs, and performance management
- Monitor key metrics including average ticket, conversion, and overall team productivity
- Partner closely with dispatch to ensure efficient scheduling and strong customer coverage
- Help technicians improve their ability to present solutions, build trust, and deliver a great in home experience
- Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training to build a strong, stable team
- Address customer concerns and step in when escalation support is needed
- Ensure work is completed safely, professionally, and in line with company standards
What We Are Looking For
- Strong background in residential plumbing service, with prior leadership or management experience preferred
- Proven ability to coach and develop technicians to improve performance and confidence in the field
- Comfortable holding team members accountable while maintaining a positive, supportive culture
- Experience reviewing KPIs and using data to guide decisions and identify opportunities for growth
- Excellent communication skills with both customers and team members
- Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary ranging from $95,000 to $120,000, depending on experience
