HLI, INC currently provides services for 195 residential rental properties and a steady stream of resell homes. Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced carpentry work including framing, finish carpentry, cabinetry, trim, doors, windows, and custom builds
- Installing doors, trim, cabinetry and fixtures
- Work independently or as part of a team to complete projects on schedule
- Measuring, cutting, and assembling materials with accuracy
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
- Diagnose maintenance issues and make necessary repairs
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a skilled carpenter
- Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial construction
- High level of skill in finish work and detailed carpentry
- Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment
- Ability to problem-solve and adapt on the job
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail
