Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and organized Project Manager to support both Sales and Operations through successful management of project aspects, including communication, material ordering, scheduling, and follow-up. The ideal candidate will serve as the main point of contact for contractors, subcontractors, and clients, ensuring seamless coordination from project inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Coordination: Oversee all phases of cabinet production and installation, ensuring workflow efficiency and deadline adherence.
- Client & Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary contact for clients, designers, contractors, and vendors, maintaining clear communication and expectations.
- Scheduling & Resource Allocation: Develop and maintain project timelines, track material orders, and coordinate with internal teams for job execution.
- Documentation & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of communications, material usage, labor tracking, and project progress.
- Weekly Updates: Provide regular updates to customers and internal teams regarding project status, scheduling, change orders, and potential setbacks.
- Problem-Solving & Conflict Resolution: Identify and resolve field issues related to measurements, materials, and design conflicts.
- Budget & Inventory Management: Estimate time and materials per project, track inventory, and ensure projects stay within budget.
- Quality Control: Conduct inspections to ensure all products meet company and client standards before leaving the shop and upon installation.
- Field Oversight: Oversee field activities by coordinating with contractors, field personnel, and clients to ensure smooth installation and job-site safety.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all projects follow industry regulations, safety protocols, and company policies.
General Responsibilities:
- Maintain written records, including daily and weekly schedules, hours worked, and job tracking. Utilize software/technology for project organization and job tracking
- Keep workspace clean and organized.
- Exercise confidentiality regarding work-related information.
- Participate in meetings, training, and team functions as appropriate.
- Serve as an example in attendance, professionalism, and work ethic.
- Demonstrate the company’s core values in decision-making and daily operations.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in project management or a related position required.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable with phone and face-to-face communication.
- Experience or degree in construction, manufacturing, cabinetry, or woodworking is preferred, not required.
- Familiarity with Innergy, Microvellum and AutoCAD is a plus.
- Knowledge of tracking software (I.E. ProjectPak and ShopPak) preferred but not required.
- Hours 7am to 4pm, with flexible availability M-F to accommodate client and shop as needed.

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
