About the Role:
As our APM, you’ll lead projects from pre-construction through final punch list. You’ll oversee budgets, subcontractors, timelines, and most importantly — client satisfaction. You’ll be expected to move with urgency, manage details with discipline, and lead teams with integrity. This role reports directly to leadership and plays a critical part in our growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Plan and manage residential and commercial construction projects from start to finish
- Create, track, and adjust project schedules to stay on time and under budget
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site crews
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, local codes, and quality control
- Communicate clearly and frequently with clients, team members, and vendors
- Track project costs, submit change orders, and maintain accurate job reporting
- Conduct regular site visits, inspections, and punch walks
- Solve problems on the fly and make decisions that keep projects moving forward
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience managing construction projects (residential or commercial)
- Proven ability to deliver projects on time and on budget
- Deep understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and permitting
- Experience working with subcontractors, architects, inspectors, and engineers
- Proficient with construction management tools (Procore, Buildertrend, CoConstruct, or similar)
- Strong leadership and communication skills — you know how to set the tone on site
- Extreme attention to detail and a “nothing slips” mentality
- A team-first mindset with a drive for continuous improvement
