Job Title: Technical Project Manager – HVAC (Utilities)
Location: Manassas, VA (Onsite)
Length of Assignment: 1 Year
Pay Rate: $50/hr- $65/hr all-in rate
Job Description:
Oversight and verification of HVAC commissioning for new systems within an existing facility, with a strong focus on very low-temperature repository environments. This role provides technical authority and verification oversight rather than hands-on execution.Must Have:
- HVAC utilities experience
- Prior commissioning oversight experience
- Ability to review HVAC design documentation and commissioning execution
Nice to Have:
- GMP facility exposure
- Experience supporting operational readiness and verification frameworks
W2 position – only US Citizens, Green Card holders, or candidates with EADs, OPT need apply (no C2C).
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $50.00 - $65.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
